Forged Fluted Reamer

One-piece Forged Fluted Reamers is a drilling tool that combines advanced manufacturing processes and specific design principles, mainly used in fields such as oil drilling and horizontal directional drilling.

Our One-Piece Forged Fluted Reamers are made from a thicker body of 20mm with carbide hard facing for longer life. Most manufacturers use the thickness of 15-16mm. Front connections are available for all brands drill rigs.

Casting Fluted Reamer

The working principle of HDD Fluted Reamers is based on fluid dynamics. Under pressure, the fluid is expelled and forms a high-speed rotating vortex, which generates centrifugal force accompanied by axial thrust.

This power pushes the drill bit at the top of the reamer cone into the formation, thereby achieving the reaming operation.
